  • Generate AI-powered profile content
  • Share profiles via QR codes, NFC, and wallet passes
  • Track profile analytics and engagement
  • Participate in team leaderboards and gamification features
  • Integrate with CRM systems and other third-party services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate, complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 16 years old

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TapSavvy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPSAVVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapSavvy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
